Your photos are yours.

InstaFrame is designed so that ordinary photo processing happens on your device. Your original photos are not uploaded to our servers when you add frames, read EXIF details, or export files.

Photo processing

Uploaded selections are opened by your browser using temporary local object URLs. EXIF reading, frame rendering, and ZIP creation happen locally. Temporary references are released when photos are removed or the page closes.

Local settings

We use browser storage, including localStorage and IndexedDB, to remember frame styles and export preferences on your device. You can remove this information by clearing site data in your browser.

Service and account data

Cloudflare processes normal request information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, user agent, request time, and security signals. If accounts are enabled, we may store an email address, saved presets, sessions, purchases, and entitlements. We do not sell personal information.

EXIF and location

EXIF may contain camera details, dates, authorship, or GPS coordinates. InstaFrame does not currently display precise GPS coordinates by default. Review every export before sharing it.

Payments and third parties

Future purchases may be handled by a third-party payment provider. Payment card information will be entered with that provider and will not be stored in InstaFrame's database. Their privacy terms will apply to payment processing.

Retention and choices

Local settings remain until you clear them. Server-side account records will be retained while an account is active and as required for security, billing, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Account deletion controls will be available before public account registration launches.

We may update this policy as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date on this page.
