Terms of use
Create responsibly.
Last updated July 23, 2026
These terms apply when you use InstaFrame. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and only with photos, logos, fonts, and other content you have the right to process.
The service
InstaFrame provides browser-based tools for reading photo metadata and creating framed exports. Features may change as the service develops. We may suspend features when necessary for security, maintenance, or legal compliance.
Your content
You retain ownership of your photos and other content. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use and share them. Do not use the service to infringe privacy, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls.
- Do not use automated systems to abuse account, email, or payment endpoints.
- Do not misrepresent affiliation with camera manufacturers or other brands.
Accounts and purchases
Account and payment features are not yet publicly available. Before launch, checkout pages will present the applicable price, included entitlements, renewal terms, and refund rules. Payment status will be determined by verified provider records.
No professional advice
The service is provided for creative and informational use. Metadata can be incomplete or inaccurate, especially after photos pass through editing or messaging applications. Review exported information before publishing.
Service availability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every image format, EXIF field, browser, or camera model will be supported.
Changes
We may revise these terms as paid and account features launch. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their effective date.
